A little about me and some advice,

When I was a young girl my grandparents owned a farm and several rental homes - impressing upon me both work ethic and wealth building, which led to my career serving others as a Real Estate Advisor/Broker in 2016. Whether my clients seek to change homes or build their portfolio, I am passionate about providing exemplary service. Communication is key to both understanding client needs and negotiating on their behalf. I respond to all calls or texts in a timely fashion. I am an active listener, creative marketer, and compassionate educator in real estate matters. My sellers are involved in every step of the process, including staging, professional photography or videography, pricing, and marketing plans. It is my absolute goal to achieve their best outcome. Choosing the right REALTOR is critically important. 

When you are making real estate purchase decisions, I will work with you at every stage including: prequalification, understanding your needs/wants/dreams, selection of properties to view, drafting and presenting complete offers, and navigating a team of professionals to achieve timely closing.  We will create a system of regular communication, keeping you aware and secure in the process. It is my hope to earn your trust as your real estate advisor for your future real estate needs.

For buyers I will work with you at every stage of the home finding process, from the initial selection of properties to view, through the presentation of a purchase offer, to obtaining financing, and the completion of a transaction. We will want to agree to a system of regular communication so that you can be kept informed at all times. I will give you reliable information and solid advice so that you can make informed decisions. It is my hope that you will be so pleased with my service that you will turn to me for advice on your future real estate needs. 

Ashley’s Tip: 12 Questions to ask lenders

  1. What documents do you need to provide a pre-qualification letter? Pre-Approval Letter?
  2. What documents do I need for the loan process?
  3. What is your current most popular loan product? Why?
  4. Which type of mortgage plan do you think would suit me/us best? Why?
  5. Are your rates, terms, fees, and closing costs negotiable?
  6. When will I receive a good faith estimate for the cost of acquiring a loan? 
  7. Will I have to buy mortgage insurance? If so, how much will it cost, and how long will it be required? (PMI or MIP is usually required if you put down less than 20 percent. Some loans allow you to discontinue the policy when you reach 20 percent equity by paying down the loan. But you'll likely have to initiate that change.)  
  8. How come loans are sold?  Who will service mine?
  9. What escrow requirements do you have? (Examples: number of days in advance of closing that money has to be deposited; form money must be in, such as a cashier's check, pre-paying taxes and insurance.) 
  10. How long is your interest rate lock-in period? Will I be able to obtain a lower rate if it drops during this time? 
  11. How long will the loan process and closing take?
  12. Are there any charges or penalties for prepaying the loan?
